At NEBA we do everything we can to pass on correct information about the products. If we cannot fulfill your order, you will hear from us as soon as possible.

How to shop at houseofneba.com
1. Browse our selection and choose the items you love. Mark the right color and size and click ‘Add to basket’ to add it to your online shopping cart.
2. Find the basket icon in the top right corner, agree to our general shopping conditions by checking off the box that says, ‘Terms & Conditions’ and click ‘Checkout’. From here, you will be led through our checkout system to successfully complete your purchase.

3. Fill in your personal details and pick your preferred shipping method.
4. Fill in your payment information. Check that all your information is correct and complete your purchase.
After your purchase is complete, you will immediately receive an order confirmation, as well as a separate e-mail with your invoice and tracking number once the order has been shipped.
Once you have placed your order and received the e-mail with your invoice and shipping information it is unfortunately not possible for us to make changes to your order. It has automatically been sent to our warehouse.

Prices on website
Prices shown on the website are in dollars, and are inclusive of 13% VAT.
Customers purchasing from a country outside of Nepal are served as DDU (door delivery duty unpaid) and will be charged by NEBA for the shipping costs only. Import duty and tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from the courier company.

Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days right of withdrawal, when you shop at houseofneba.com
The right of withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you initially received your product. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt, if you wish to withdraw your purchase. Please note that you cannot regret your purchase just by denying receipt of the product without informing us at the same time.

Withdrawal of a part of an order
If you buy more than one item on our webshop, you can withdraw one or more items, even though they are bought and sent as one order.
Please note that you will not get the delivery cost refunded, if you withdraw a part of an order.

Return
You must send your order back to us no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to regret your purchase. You must pay the direct and total cost of returning the product(s). Upon returning, you are responsible for the product(s) being wrapped securely, to effectively avoid damage while they are in transit. The full responsibility for the product is yours until the product has been safely delivered to us on the listed return address.Return items must be sent to the following address:

The condition of the product when you return it
You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods, other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words: you can test the product in the same way you would test it in a physical store.
If the product has been tested additionally, we will have to consider it used, which means that you, when withdrawing from the contract, can only get either a part of, or none of, the price reimbursed, depending on the commercial value of the product.
To receive the full price you must therefore behave, as you would in a physical store. You can test the product, but you cannot start using the product, as the latter will affect the outcome of a potential reimbursement.

Faulty goods
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to our customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or if a manufacturing fault occurs within 24 months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty.
Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

Payment methods
We accept the following credit cards: PAYPAL, MasterCard, Maestro, VISA, VISA Electron, JCB and American Express.
The amount will not be drawn from your card before the merchandise leaves our stock.
Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential, and at no point will we share it with a third party.
If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in Nepali rupees, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
Reservation of amount If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until: we deduct the amount when we send the item, or the money is released according to agreement with your card issuer. You can read more about the rules for your specific card from your card issuer.
Pay now: This means you can pay by card directly at the checkout. Payment is taken when order is confirmed.
Pay later: This option will be shown to you at checkout depending on your eligibility. If you are not eligible you will still see Pay Now options. You will receive information on how and when to pay when your order has been dispatched.
Please note, we only offer the currency that the respective shop is set to. 

Shipping & delivery
To ensure that the most accurate pricing and delivery costs are displayed, we recommend that you click the link at the top right corner of our website and select your country from the list of shipping destinations.
Free shipping:
For orders above 400 dollars we offer a free delivery
Delivery time is usually 3-5 business days but may be longer due to customs. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link.

Worldwide
Standard home delivery with UPS- fedex – 30 dollar
Standard delivery time: 3-6 days.
Packages are delivered DDU (Door Delivery Duty Unpaid) and may be delayed in customs. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link.
Please note, that for all orders shipped to customers outside of NEPAL, the recipient is liable to pay any local taxes and import duties that may occur upon delivery.
